The Anteaters left it all on the courtroom floor in Fresno, with Team Sweet Tarts earning an honorable mention and Liam Drobish delivering a standout 17-rank witness performance.

AMPTA REgionals Tempe 2025
The Anteaters showed up and showed out once again, with Team Reese’s Cups and Team Airheads both earning honorable mentions!

Great Chicago Fire 2025
Team Airheads represented UCI on a national stage at the Great Chicago Fire Invitational, bringing the Anteater spirit to fierce competition.

January 25th to January 26th
Slo Town HoeDown
The Anteaters rode into the Slo Town Hoedown and left town with some serious hardware! Team Reese’s Cups took home 1st place, with Sour Patch Kids and Sweet Tarts both earning Honorable Mentions.
The Anteaters also showed some sharp shooting skills in the courtroom! Alma De Leon earned her first-ever award with a 17-rank Outstanding Witness performance! Daniel Dickinson also claimed an Outstanding Witness award with 16 ranks, and Rachel Tomasek secured a 16-rank Outstanding Attorney award.

UCLASSIC 2025
The Anteaters took on UClassic with Airheads, Reese’s Cups, Sour Patch Kids, and Sweet Tarts, with Team Airheads fighting their way to a strong 6th-place finish!
A special shoutout to Iris Gilliam for securing a 16-rank Outstanding Witness award—an impressive performance on the stand!
We also want to extend our gratitude to the tournament hosts for putting together a fantastic competition under incredibly difficult circumstances. Their commitment to making this event happen is truly commendable. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the wildfires.
January 18th to January 19th
Beach Party 2025
The Anteaters kicked off the new year with Beach Party, our home tournament, and they made sure to put on a show! A massive shoutout to our Tournament Director, Caitlin Todd, Assistant Tournament Director, Khushi Patel, President Iris Gillam, Head Coach Emily Shaw, and all the other UCI competitors who ran this incredible competition. Their hard work and dedication made Beach Party a huge success!
On the competition side, Team Reese’s Cups earned an Honorable Mention for SPAMTA with 30 ranks!

Mocktopia 2024
The Anteaters came out swinging at the Santa Barbara Tournament, delivering impressive performances across the board! Team Lucky Charms didn’t just win SPAMTA—they took home an honorable mention of 6th place overall! Team Trix followed suit, locking in a strong 4th-place finish and runner-up SPAMTA!
And let’s not forget our individual standouts: Brian Migliaccio (16-rank witness), Khushi Patel (18-rank attorney), and Mikey Machhor (19-rank attorney)!

Wlodarczyk 2024
Anteater Mock Trial took last year’s 1, 2, and 4 finish personally, deciding to complete the hat trick with a perfect 1, 2, and 3 finish in 2024! Team Fruit Loops finished 3rd, Team Reeses Puffs claimed 2nd, and Team Captain Crunch secured 1st place along with an honorable mention of SPAMTA.
Big shoutout to our individual award winners: Lucas Wood (18-rank witness in his second tournament EVER), Sophia Hobby (16 AND 19-rank witness awards for defense AND plaintiff), Daniel Dickinson (19-rank witness), Kyari Naidoo (16-rank attorney) and Stephanie Stahovich (17-rank attorney)!

Anteater 2024
Thank you to every school who competed at our annual Anteater tournament! Mock Trial at UCI is starting off the season strong with team Reese’s Puff’s winning 1st place after going undefeated, and team Lucky Charms taking 7th place with three wins.
Huge shoutout to Jenna Josserand for earning a witness award at her FIRST tournament ever! Additionally, congratulations to Stephanie Stahovich, and Khushi Patel, for their attorney awards!
